If you subscribe to Lokha and decide it's not for you within 14 days of your purchase or renewal, simply let us know. We will issue a 100% full refund immediately—no complex questions asked.
1-Click Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your recurring membership at any time with zero hassle:
- Via Email Receipt: Click the "Manage Subscription" link in any payment receipt email from our Merchant of Record, Creem.io.
- Via Support Request: Email us directly at support@lokha.today and our team will cancel it for you immediately.
- Access Retention: When you cancel, you will maintain full access to all members-only essays and studio features until the end of your current paid billing period.
Refund Eligibility & Processing
Refunds are eligible for any initial subscription payment or accidental automatic renewal requested within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.
Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) within 3 to 5 business days depending on your financial institution.
Merchant of Record & Dispute Assistance
All financial transactions and billing security are handled by Creem.io, our Merchant of Record. If you notice an unrecognized charge or billing discrepancy, please contact us first at support@lokha.today so we can resolve it for you immediately.
